Rural Paradise is a brand offering natural, plant-based, bio-enzyme home care and

personal care products. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years

old or using the site under the supervision of a guardian.

2. Product Disclaimer

• Our cleaners are made from natural ingredients, and colour/texture may vary from batch

to batch.

• Personal care usage of bio-enzymes should be done only after a patch test. Results may

vary from person to person.

• Product descriptions are based on traditional usage and customer experiences. They are

not medical claims.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Prices are mentioned in INR and may change without prior notice.

• Payments must be made using the available payment options on the website (Razorpay,

UPI, etc.).

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. For any special requests, please contact us

immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India using standard courier partners.

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to external factors such as

courier delays, festive seasons or unavoidable circumstances.

• Rural Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Since our products are personal care & home care consumables, we do not accept returns

once the product is opened or used.

We offer:

• Replacement only for damaged, leaked or wrong products received.

• Customers must share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for verification.

• Refunds will be processed only in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
